ONLINE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

By clicking on the “Place Order” button, the prospective buyer (“Buyer”) represents that he/she agrees to be bound by this Online Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) entered into by and between Buyer, and The Hair Society(“THS” or “Seller”), effective as of the date accepted by Buyer.

BY USING THE SERVICES, BUYER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND ALL POLICIES OF THIS WEBSITE, WHICH ARE HEREBY INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE AND MADE A PART OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  1. THE SALE.

    • By virtue of this Agreement, through the use of electronic instruments provided by THS or THS’s online business affiliates, THS sells and the Buyer purchases the product(s) (“Product”) indicated and offered up for sale on the Site.

    • The Buyer agrees to pay the Total Purchase Price. The “Total Purchase Price” is the price agreed to on the com website (“Site”) and includes (i) the agreed price of the Product (the “Purchase Price”), and (ii) sales tax, use tax, Internet sales tax, service fees, delivery charges, and any other taxes, fees, charges, or levies that THS is required to collect from the Buyer under applicable law at the time of purchase.

    • The Buyer is strictly prohibited from inserting false and/or invented and/or fictional personal details and emails in the registration process required for activating the procedure enabling the conclusion of this Agreement and agrees he/she has not done so. The details must be the actual and real personal details and not those of other persons.

    • Payment of Balance of Purchase Price. The Buyer agrees to pay the balance of the Total Purchase Price for Plans at the time of purchase by credit card transaction.

      • The Buyer authorizes THS to use his/her credit card and debit the same with the value of the Total Purchase Price, and any applicable bank charges.

      • All orders shall be paid in U.S. Dollars, including any applicable bank charges.

      • THS shall send the invoice with the Product purchased.
