In the community HRC enjoys working with a couple of powerful non-profit organizations.  Wig for Kids provides quality human hair prosthetics  for children with hair loss.  It is truly a gift to be able to help these kids and their families navigate the challenges of hair loss at such a young age. IOWA has its own home grown non profit called Strands of Strength. HRC is a partner salon in their mission to provide wigs for women experiencing hair loss due to cancer treatments. Giving a woman back a bit of herself is our goal.
